1. About Our Services

Shelf Theory LV designs, manufactures, and installs custom slide-out shelves and cabinet organizers for residential kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and specialty spaces in the Las Vegas metro area.

2. Consultations and Estimates

We offer complimentary in-home consultations and estimates at no obligation
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated
Final pricing may change if project scope changes after consultation
All measurements and specifications are confirmed during the consultation visit

3. Orders and Payment

A deposit is required at time of order to begin manufacturing
Remaining balance is due upon completion of installation
We accept check, cash, and major credit cards
All prices are in U.S. dollars

4. Installation

Installation is performed by our professional team
Customers must ensure the work area is accessible and clear of personal items
We are not responsible for pre-existing cabinet damage or structural issues discovered during installation
Any additional work beyond the original scope requires a separate agreement

5. Warranty

Our shelves and hardware come with a lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship
Warranty covers defects in manufacturing and hardware failure under normal use
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper loading beyond rated capacity, or unauthorized modifications
Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund
After manufacturing begins, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee covering materials already produced
Once installation is complete, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for quality issues

7. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Shelf Theory LV and is protected by copyright laws
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time without notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelf Theory LV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service at issue.

All trademarks, logos, images, and content on this website are owned by or licensed to Shelf Theory LV. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
